With over a decade of experience in health and fitness, Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology + Minor in Psychology; and certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Functional Health Coaching; I've coached and empowered hundreds of women in healing their body and achieving remarkable transformations!
